| Hope I'm not too late. I've certainly not seen any of them reviewed: - Spoiler:
Horizon Forbidden West - 91, I hope they've learnt some lessons from the original to get this a bit of a boost over the 90 line, but I don't see it jumping dramatically.
Elden Ring - 93, It's sounding slightly more accessible than previous games, so whack a point on Bloodborne and off we go
Dynasty Warriors 9: Empires - 62 Empires never reviews well, It'll only be higher if the engine for 9 happened to be great and they just messed it up with the open world
Total War: Warhammer 3 - 88 - 1 more point

Yeah but like I said tad excited for it more than most games this Feb, and it is reviewing well, that should be a decent game to play. |

You'll get a 10 mark late penalty. Nah it's fine, I think that gives us a full house of players minus Buska. |

| I know it's a bit early, but I'm going to offer up the games for March now since there are a few releases earlier in the month.
Releasing March 4th it's Project Triangle Strategy, how will this tactics game from the Octopath lads work out?
Hurtling onto the Switch on March 10th it's Chocobo GP. Wasn't there a Chocobo GP game back on the PS1?
Releasing on March 25th it's Ghostwire: Tokyo. Will this spooky shooty be fruity or poopy?
And also out March 25th, it's Tiny Tina's Wonderland |

| Yeah makes sense as FAR Changing Tides already getting reviewed (Damn you Andy, I wanted those 14 points). Yes is a Chocobo Racing game on PS1, why I'm excited for the new one. - Spoiler:
Triangle Strategy 84, I want it to be about this but could see reviews go choices don't matter etc.
Chocobo GP 70, think it may even be lower it's just how low do you go?
Ghostwire Tokyo 82, it looked good in the Showcase.
Wonderlands 77, 77 was the avg score for a game on Fantasy Critic a few years ago and this will the very definition of average.

| - Can't do much worse than last month! Or much better than the one before...:
Project Triangle Strategy - Octopath got 83, and I think this'll be a little more divisive. 82
Chocobo GP - Its predecessor got 62 from the ranking aggregator du jour, and I can't imagine this one doing much better. 64
Ghostwire: Tokyo - What even is this? I have no idea, but Bethesda's behind it so critics should probably lap it up. Er, 84?
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands - Borderlands 3 got somewhere in the low 80s. I'll say this is going to do a tad worse. 78

| Ghostwire is from Tango, the studio Shinji Mikami founded. That's why I'm a little exited for it, as I like his games, yet I've still not played Evil Within.

Also Elden Ring looks to be a worldie. |

Project Triangle Strategy - 85, better than Octopath, not mindblowing
Chocobo GP - 65 - naa mate
Ghostwire: Tokyo - 89 - I'm hoping it's a good'un
Tiny Tina's Wonderland - 87, it's probably not quite going to hit the reviews of Borderlands 2, but previews look positive.

| - My March Predictions:
Project Triangle Strategy - 85
“Hey, how's life treatin' you, there, Norm?
Beats me... then it kicks me and leaves me for dead”.
Choboco GP – 66
“Hey, Mr. Peterson. There's a cold one waiting for you.
I know. And if she calls, I'm not here”.
Ghostwire Tokyo - 84
“Nice cold beer coming up, Mr. Peterson.
You mean "nice cold beer going down Mr. Peterson”."
Tiny Tina’s Wonderland - 79
“Hey, Mr. Peterson. You got room for beer?
No, but I am willing to add on”.

| - Spoiler:
Project Traingle Strategy - 85% Octopath scored quite handsomely and yes I know it's not the same type of game but tactics games are ace and the multiple choice thing should be interesting.
Chocobo GP - 71% I think this looks alright, it's not Mario Kart sure enough but it'll do a solid job I think.
Ghostwire Tokyo - 80% I honestly really don't like the look of this and so I should really be saying like 50% because I'm always right but reviewers aren't usually right so 80%.
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands - 80% I think everyone is tiring of Borderlands now and a spinoff based on what seems like a fairly irritating character isn't gonna help that much.

| - Scoressss:
Triangle Strategy - 85
Selfishly hopeful for higher for the Fantasy League, but this more realistic.
Chocobo GP - 72
Doesn't look utterly terrible, but certainly no Mario Kart.
Ghostwire Tokyo - 86
Looks pretty good, this!
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands - 84
Borderlands usually reviews pretty well, but as a spin-off it'll lose some prestige I reckon.

Project Triangle Strategy - 82
"You've got to be kidding?" "What?" "This is a turn-based JRPG." "No, no, this is, this is a videogame that, uh, a lot of couples play, all kinds of couples play this." "Are you sure about that?" "Sure. I've seen 'em all the time."
Chocobo GP - 76
"Didn't I tell you not to buy anything? You go and buy a fuckin' go-kart?" "It's a wedding gift, Jimmy. It's from my mother, it's under her name. I just got married." "Johnny...are you nuts?" "What are you getting excited for, Jimmy?" "What am I getting excited for? We got a million buls out there and everybody's watching us; you go and buy a fuckin' go-kart and tell me not to get excited?" "It's in my mother's name." "I don't give a fuck whose name it's under. Are you stupid or what, did you hear what I said? Don't buy anything, don't get anything - what's the matter with you?" "What are you getting excited about?" "What am I getting excited about? Because you're going to get us all fuckin' pinched, that's what I'm getting excited about. What are you stupid? What's the matter with you?" "I'm sorry" "What's the matter with you?" "I apologise" "What the fuck is the matter with you?" "...I'm sorry."
Ghostwire: Tokyo - 87
"What is the matter with you, huh? What is the fucking matter with you? What are you, a fucking sick maniac or something? Tommy, i'm kidding with you." "Kidding? How am I meant to know you're kidding? You're breaking my fucking balls." "I'm fucking kidding with you, you fucking bought Ghostwire Tokyo?" "It's Bethesda." "You dumb bastard, I can't fucking believe you. You're gonna need a patch." "Fine, I'll download the fucking patch. I don't give a fuck."
Tiny Tina's Wonderland - 80
"What's wrong with me? My hands." "Your hands? What about 'em?" "I got these small hands. I got a little girl's hands. I got hands like Tiny Tina." "I got 'em too. What's the difference?" "You know what that means? No matter how big I get, no matter who I fight, no matter what I do, I ain't never gonna fight Joe Louis." "Yeah, that's right. He's a heavyweight. You're a middle-weight. What of it?" "I ain't ever gonna get a chance to fight the best there is. And you know somethin'. I'm better than him. I ain't never gonna get a chance. You're askin' what's wrong." "But you're crazy to even think about somethin' like that."

| Hello everybody, it's time to look back on February and figure out what happened. As expected, Horizon and Elden Ring both wowed critics. Horizon clocked in with a very respectable 88, which was guessed correctly by Jas and GJones. Elden Ring has averaged a colossal 96 and none of us were bold enough to go quite that high, although Smurf was just 1 mark away! Dynasty Warriors 9: Empires put in a stinky 62. Andy got that spot on but there was a real divide amongst players, most opting either for 69's or 60 flat. Meanwhile Total Warhammer scored really highly too, coming home with an 87. Jay got this dead on, but most of us were only a couple of points away. So what's that done to the leaderboard? - February Leaderboard:
1. Crumpy Andy - 7 - (3-3-0-1) [Horizon, Elden Ring, DW, Warhammer) 2. Balladeer - 8 - (3-2-2-1) =3. Jimbob - 12 - (1-2-2-7) =3. Jaster - 12 - (0-4-7-1) =3. Rum - 12 - (3-3-3-3) =6. JayMoyles - 13 - (2-4-7-0) =6. Cappa - 13 (4-6-1-2) 8. Masofdas - 14 - (4-2-7-1) 9. Treesmurf - 15 - (4-1-8-2) 10. Muss - 16 - (2-5-8-1) 11. Gjones - 20 (0-6-9-5)
This month was well played by everybody. There were lots of perfect guesses, and even more near misses. What ended up separating most of us was whether Dynasty Warriors was given a 60 or a 70. That first to last was separated only by 13 points shows how close this month was!
- Overall scoreboard:
1. Treesmurf - (11.86) = 2. Masofdas - (13.43) = =3. Cappa - (13.71) = =3. Balladeer - (13.71) ^2 5. JayMoyles - (14.24) = =6. Rum - (14.29) v1 =6. Muss - (14.29) v2 8. Crumpy Andy - (16.29) = 9. Gjones - (20.50) = 10. Jimbob - (20.86) = 11. Jaster - (22.00) = 12.Buskalilly (122.5) =
Smurf remains the man to beat, and even though he didn't place highly this month the scores were so close that nobody has closed in on him too much. That being said, his 2 point lead has been chipped away to 1.46. Balla has made his way into a tie for third with the second best round of the month though, and Jay has just edged his into fifth outright. Rum and I are all tied up again after we drop 1 and 2 spots respectively. There were no positional changes further down the table, but everybody did close in on the chasing pack. Jas, Jimbob, and Andy all shaved about 2 points off their averages, while Gjones lowered his slightly as well.
Monthly Winners
July - Treesmurf (4) August - The Cappucinno Kid (15) September - Masofdas (6) October - Crumpy Andy (10) Buskalilly (perfection) November - Balladeer (3) January - Treesmurf (9) February - Crumpy Andy (7)
Perfect Predictions
1. Crumpy Andy (4) 2. Masofdas (3) =3. Cappa, Treesmurf, Jay, Muss (2) =7. Jimbob, Jaster, Rum, Balla, GJones (1)
