A couple of days ago I dragged the Wii Balance Board out and fired this up again, after 367 days of inactivity. As I warned on Twitter, y'all should check your Balance Boards for battery gunk - mine had an unhealthy amount built up inside it.
Pleased to see that I'm not yet overweight!
My jam was always the Parallel Stretch, or 'Plank', as it's otherwise called. I unlocked the 60 second version on Friday and am aching from just doing it.

Wii Fit may not be good for weight loss but it does help build other kinds of fitness - I just wish it didn't fixate on BMI so much. A pretty muscular friend of mine is labelled as 'overweight' resultantly.
