Given how seldom you go for enthusiasm as opposed to deadpan snarkery, I am keen on seeing how this develops!

On topic, a return ticket to Sevenoaks. I AM THE MOST INTERESTING PERSON ON THE FORUM.

It is very sturdy surprisingly, it manages to hold the 3DS XL and doesn't slip out mid-play. Only downsides? Yeah it's ugly and yes you can't slip it in your pocket, but it plays extremely well when on MH3U. Just can't switch cart or turn off wireless mid-play though...

PostSubject: Re: Yesterday I Bought   Wed 17 Apr 2013 - 12:08

Got a couple of things I just ordered and am now twiddling my thumbs waiting for now.

First off that Destiny Extreme Blast Mode model kit I posted about in the Chat thread.

Spoiler:

Next I ordered two cds from CD Baby, who I've never done business with before but I'll see how this pans out. Outside Amazon they're the only other place I saw selling Two Steps From Hell physical CDs and a link to them can be found on Two Steps From Hell's site so I'd assume given that they're legit. As for what I ordered, Illusions by one of the composers of Two Steps From Hell as well as Makara by E.S. Posthumus.

And that is all I'll be ordering with this fortnights expendable money. I do have a bit left over so I might round it off with a book or two from the Book Depository, or I might leave it to use towards a 3DS. I haven't decided which yet but I have a feeling I'll go with a couple of books so I can wrap up the Timothy Zahn Star Wars novels of which I only have three left to get.

Thought I did alright down the street earlier: Family Ski & Snowboard for 1.99 in Barnardos and Trauma Center Second Opinion for 99p in Shelter. The former was a particularly good deal, as when the voluntary sales assistant bent over the get me a polly bag her boobs were on show. I'm not a pervert, but when the opportunity for a butchers presents itself... Bounce Bounce

So in Layman's terms, 1.99 to see a bit of boob.

Beats paying for Diamond Dolls on a Thursday night. Also: Family Ski & Snowboard is a pretty good game!

(Off-topic, but it's quite surprising to see just how many Wii and DS games I'm spotting in charity shops these days. Almost as common as PS1/PS2 stuff, I'm finding.)

I don't think it's being a pervert, I just think males are engineered to look.

They've hit the same level of populairty so it's no surprise, I'll bet a lot of those were given away by people who bought a Wii on impulse and hype alone. No such bargains in Eccles though which is annoying considering there's about 20 charity shops.
