It's finally happening and looks neat, though not sure how it will track sleep if you've not got a Pokémon Go Plus+ thing maybe a Fitbit type thing will work.

It uses your phone microphone, they mentioned it in one of the Pokémon Presents videos. I'm into it, though if it starts telling me I need more than 6 hours we'll finally have to see who I like more: Pokémon or Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I did see something and said put your phone beside you on your pillow, but I have my phone on charge overnight on my desk and I reckon if I had right beside me any notifications even just flashes would wake me, or I'd roll over the phone.
