Anyhow with that out the way your average gamer won't notice frame rate issues & if it doesn't drop to something that is completely unplayable then who cares if it's "the worst version" ? On the flip side of that I've seen a few place that say it's a perfectly fine version of the game.

Well they are meant to be impartial and if it's true it drops below 20fps in action heavy car sections then that's not great at all also you see from NE review the gamepad pretty much adds nothing as well.
