Runbow (I like the way you run, bow... on Switch)

I was away last week but I'd like to suggest a Sunbow for tomorrow/today depending on whether you've slept or not yet.

The final Runbow update landed a few days ago, and I spent a few minutes running around as the lovely Shantae and getting into the game again. So, it's time to organise a GNamer Forum Runbow sesh!

Plenty of warning this time: which of Thursday 10th November, Friday 11th, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th November will be best for y'all?

The Thursday or Friday most likely the best for me.

I'm still yet to play the game but I should be able to jump on any of those days.

Totally forgot about this! I wouldn't have been able to play on Thursday anyway, as Jo was ill and I was looking after her. Apologies.

It's alright I completely forget myself. Would still play of course.

I know it's more of a forum thing, but might be worth confirming it via twitter, much more likely to remember myself if I see it there. I'm still not back in the UK til the 1st but after that (as long as it isn't the 7th or 8th) I'd be up for this.

I never did pick up Runbow pocket in the end as I had a feeling this would happen so I'm up for it.

Runbow was class on Wii U, and it's well worth another outing. Good stuff

Not true, I loved the look of most of the JRPGs they showed off.

I'm sure you'll find something to moan about when you get your hands on those JRPG's though.

Yep, like Jas, I missed out on Runbow Pocket so I'm well up for this. As I said on Twitter, I foresee some online sessions of this in our near future!

To be fair, if I liked it more, I'd have played the single-player more, and got better at it. But I really didn't like the controls, or aesthetics, or level design. It works much better in multiplayer, even I can see that, but without the practice the single-player would afford I'm not going to get good enough to enjoy the mutliplayer. A shame.

Ooh thanks I was starting to wonder about the release of this, pre-ordered!

It seems the eShop version of this is out on April 24th. Now here’s a game that will jump into my Top Ten for next time’s vote.

Hmm making me re-think my physical version pre-order.

I'm a little disappointed that this doesn't come with all the DLC add-ons - I'd figured with how old the game was now that we were receiving a GOTY style edition on Switch. The gameplay's not really enthused me enough to drop more money on additional content, so I reckon I'll give that a miss.

Still, down for more multiplayer sessions of this if anybody is feeling up to it.

That's deeply cheeky if so. Interested in their justification, if any.

Just a case of having two versions of the game I think as the retail version has all the dlc but costs 25 quid.
