That's odd, as you should have ran into this video here if you'd done that. Something might have bugged out with the game, so you should probably watch that as you were meant to see it playing as you did.

Perhaps I hit the restart button too early then, I did do it as soon as her health bar juddered to zero and before she died.

Ahhh, I think that might have done it. It might not have triggered the "Toriel dead = 1" flag or whatever it is in the game's code.

I'm rubbish at this game. I struggled past Papyrus on the second attempt, eating most of my food stash. I'm already having a bad time.

On the other hand, I do at least get to date him now.

All the Papyrus parts are among my favorite parts of the game.

The best part is the fact you can call him in every area of the game and he'll say something witty about said area.

My passion for this has cooled as time's went on - don't get me wrong, I still think it's fantastic and it's the best new release I played last year (MGS3 was the best game I'd played last year, but it's hardly a new release) but I think its position in my best games ever list will drop if I revise my list.

This is happening. Anyone else interested in picking it up again? Just me? Just me.

I've still not picked it up even on PS4/VITA and was planning to after the buzz around this but for someone reason, I was always put off, same goes for Inside.

Now that this is coming to Switch, I may be tempted to pick up on Switch or even on PS4 around the same time to be in on the conversation.

Gently moved to the Switch forum because of its eventual release on said platform. I’m going to be getting hold of it to see what the hype was all about.

Aye, you'd figure we'll be getting it around that time too. Is anybody here planning to pick it up? I know most of us have played it on other platforms.

Depends on price for me as it's £12 on PSN and seen sales a few times but this is the sort of game I want to be released on Switch much like the thread title says.

Will probably pick it up to support the game. Not sure if I'll actually put myself through the Asgore fight another time, though.

There's other fights I would class as more of a bad time than that one...

UT is due for Switch release in September and comes with a collector's edition that actually looks pretty cool, albeit still largely falls into the 'more money than sense' category for me. Music box!

More importantly, though, the company doing it also sells SANS PAPYRUS AND TORIEL PLUSHIES WHY DID NOBODY TELL ME BEFORE

That collector's edition looks nice and all, but like you said, a bit too much for me to plump for that! I'm quite keen on owning a physical copy of Undertale though, so I think I'll drop a preorder on the standard edition.

I mean, they're Mr. Saturn rip-offs through and through, but I like them nonetheless.

That's me preorder in - I also plumped for some Mother 3 merch that I discovered on the site too. Be careful of the shipping fees if you're ordering from there as they're a US based company it seems!

Did anybody actually get this in the end?  I found out today that there's some additional content in the Switch version, which is pretty nice!  I haven't picked it up yet, though, for reasons I won't reiterate.

Indeed I did, although it was more for owning the game physically than anything else! I'll get round to replaying it someday, although the fact that there's some new content is pretty cool indeed. I'd imagine it'll be something smallish in the grand scheme of the game, but that's still a nice touch from Toby Fox.

Im pretty sure if I do spot it in a shop Ill grab it but im not desperate.

So you're all in my 'gently apathetic' camp then. On the one hand, it's a shame, since I do want it to get plenty of support (sans.gif); on the other hand, I can see where y'all are coming from, because I'm coming from there too.
