I wouldn't be able to stand Vita remote play myself. First of all, it's capped at 30fps, which instantly degrades the experience if it's a 60fps. And secondly, in optimal conditions, it puts out an average of 180ms of latency, and that doesn't include input lag.

The Wii U GamePad has just two frames of lag, or 33ms, so the experience always feels responsive and slick.

This is why I own a PS4.

I really don't see the point in the TR Definitive edition. It adds so very little it just doesn't seem to have any real selling point. I'd understand if the old game looked as ugly as an N64 game but it doesn't. Despite this I'll probably be playing it soon because my girlfriend doesn't seem to think of it in the same light and is buying it anyway...

Amazing Spider-Man 2, Watch_Dogs, maybe Wolfenstein, Destiny, maybe TESO, maybe Dragon Age, Arkham Knight, maybe Dying Light, maybe Mad Max, Shadow of Mordor, maybe The Order, The Division and Transistor.

Only two games that'd possibly make me get a ps4 would be Alien: Isolation & The division.

Whoops I didn't see the list I'll also get most likely Spidey 2 and obviously Watch dogs

Depressingly nothing for me to go out and buy one yet. Not that the games are *bad* (though it is easy to fall into the trap of hype like with Thief, which turned out to be disappointing) but it's more of a competition thing: I already play my games on so many platforms (smartphone/tablet, PC, Wii U, PS3, 360, 3DS, Vita, retro stuff) and I tend to be almost hipster-like in my love for niche games, none of which are exclusive to PS4.

Will definitely pick one up once Japanese developers transition to the system (though I can't see that happening anytime soon), though. If every PS3 game had a superior PS4 version I'd have picked one up already, either that or if it had backwards compatibility (which is impossible) -- I'd definitely have got one then just so I can ditch the poor user experience of the PS3's operating system, PS Store and more.

Lucky you didn't for the PS Store because that would be out of the frying pan into a series of torture devices. It's like the PS3 store, except you can't find anything at all.

Ah yes, I did check out the list, though again there isn't anything there that I can't get anywhere else that I really want. One of the things I really miss about indie games is how (and I can't blame them) developers are no longer targeting single platforms and what they specialise in (though admittedly PS4's hardware is pretty standardised bar PS Eye which is optional), instead opting to make a game that can fit as many platforms as possible. As such, the majority of PS4's support being indie games is nice, but it isn't going to sell me a PS4 given I can get its indie games on every platform under the sun.

Shame about the PS Store, one thing Sony needs to improve upon is user experience, I tried some apps on a friend's PS4 and they really were pathetic (web browser included, which is nothing like the Wii U's excellent browser), non native, laggy and confusing. It probably explains why Xbox One has less apps (despite it being an entertainment box), as its apps all seem to be written in native code and use a standardised interface.

I find the Xbone awful to find anything or do anything compared to the PS4.

Some PS4 games that are having extra stuff with dying light for example withe share stuff but nothing drastic, yeah I get your point about the indies but if the PS4 get's a Journey quality title I would say it's worth it over the Xbone.

But as you like Jap stuff, this is out this week and has been confirmed for fall this year for the west. It is also on VITA & PS3 though.

Yeah, the Xbox One's interface isn't perfect either, I was expecting good things from it but it's all a bit too fiddly. Not sure why they decided to make some functions separate apps, but overall it's more feature rich and will be able to run universal Windows 8/Phone apps once they are written which should be pretty awesome, since the interface is at least controller friendly.

I'm hoping TGS 2014 and the launch of the Xbox One this September is a good signal that quality content is headed to new consoles from Japanese developers by then, I remember Microsoft saying they won't launch Xbox One until there's enough content that appeals to the region, which seems to be a wise move given PS4 sales are now 24k in Japan (and this is in a week where sales actually went up due to the sales tax hike).

Sod Watch Dog's or Mario Kart 8 in May, as Transistor is coming out on the 20th.

A trailer of a proper huge indie title coming very soon.

Also to maybe please Fronk, V Magazine in Japan has screens of Dragon Ball Z on PS4.

Did any of us guys see the 2 Minute Twitch trailer of The Order 1886, It's looking rather good but does seem like it Gears Of Victorian War.

Quad Combo, seems a good week on PSN with Rogue Legacy anyone played it on PC & Road Not Taken being the + game for PS4 along with FEZ which I've not played. But seems great for indies yay indies.
