Yeah most fun I've had with it, I thought you's unlucky seeing had two hyper strikes not to score from one of them.

Draws can actually still happen in the game if no one scores in the golden goal extra time.

A strong start from Knackers left the Crumpmeister trailing 1-0, but a cheeky perfect Hyper strike put him on top for a while. After a back and forth battle Knackers evened things up with a tasty goal taking it into extra time. A large kerfuffle ensued outside of Rice's goal, but he snuck the ball away just in time to get that sweet golden goal.

Smurf storms on despite Muss Athletic's star power



Smurf's men/women/mushrooms took an early lead when the Brooklyn born Italian international Luigi Mario opened the scoring with a bolt from the blue. The sides then traded attempts back and forth until Mushroom Kingdom's prodigal son tripled their lead after hitting a hyper strike from long range, the keeper unable to keep hold of it despite their best efforts. It looked like the comeback was on when Muss Athletic made clever use of items to deliver a peach of a strike fit for a Princess but despite mounting pressure it was the Bolts who scored against the run of play to seal the win.

That was a close one against Buska, and did think we might see that draw but Peach with a golden goal was enough.

This might have been an annoying match for Jas. The way he avoided my tackles and scored the opening goal, I thought I was going to get a hiding - he clearly knows how to play the game better than I do. But the positioning of those two Hyper Strikes was really unfortunate for him, and a jammy volley for my fifth just put the game out of reach with about a minute to go.

I love a jammy 5-1 win.

A green shell was literally inches away from stopping one of those hyper strikes (the first I think) which was a wee bit annoying. But hey-ho you can't win them all & I'll just need to try and set my team up better for the next one.

What a week for fixtures though. 6 pointer between myself and Muss, and two 100% records going head-to-head.

Yeah I did notice that myself, I get too options to sort, one is GD, one is Goal Average, assuming GD is the right way to sort, but I guess their tertiary sort isn't right on it. I'm sure it'll balance out after a few more games.

After a goal within the first few seconds of the match it was clear the Scramblers were on top form, but unrelenting Rice kept hammering at the goal as 2 more went in. Finally the match appeared to freeze with 3 seconds to go, only to find out Manager Summerhayes had stormed out of the stadium in fury.

Some off field news, Daisy and Shy Guy will be joining the roster this Thursday. Four more characters to be added this year.

Anyone that uses Daisy is a cuck.
